Stithians Lake
Beach Overview
Clearly one of the busiest spots for Wing Foiling in Cornwall with a safe environment to get out and play – Changing rooms with showers – A Cafe – and tuition is available from the South West Lakes Watersports Team.
Renowned for being one of the windiest spots in the UK the lake boost a useable location in pretty much any wind direction. The wind here is often a little more gusty than on the coast but always offer flat water to assist with learning and improving. A westerly is possibly the worst direction being directly offshore from the centre but you will always be able to get back under your own steam even if it involves a bit of a walk!!
There is plenty of parking and the option to book camping on site too. Sign in at the centre for either a day ticket or pay to become an annual member.

You will need to have third party insurance to Wing here ( easiest is to join the BKSA and why not join the Kernow Club too) – Register at the Team Reception on arrival.
